He has trained in South Africa and Tenerife, Spain, as part of his preparation for the 2020 Paralympic Games in Tokyo. "Training in Greece is difficult at this time [speaking in early-2020], I had recently gone to South Africa because of the good weather and in April [2020] we will go to Tenerife [Spain]. He says the three-month recovery period from his accident to the time of his return to the track is one of his greatest achievements.
