When and where did you begin this sport?
She took up athletics in January 2018.
Why this sport?
Before her accident she swam for 16 years and trained in martial arts. She took up Para triathlon following her accident after she was told that sport could help to rebuild her life. She was then asked by the French Federation to join the Para athletics national team. She decided to focus on Para athletics after Para triathlon was not considered for the 2020 Paralympic Games in Tokyo. "The sense of overcoming myself and the chance of going beyond my limits at every training session. That is the drive to improve."

She competes in the 400m and long jump. She qualified to compete in long jump at the 2020 Paralympic Games through her performance at the 2019 World Championships in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, just four months after taking up the event.
