He took up Para athletics in 2015 in Thessaloniki, Greece.
Why this sport?
"I woke up in the hospital after the accident, after five days of sedation, and I realised I had suffered a double amputation. From the first moment it hit me, and my friends came to see me, I told them I would become an athlete again, I will do something again! I wanted to make my family and the Greek people proud of me."
