BALANCING SCHOOL AND COMPETITION
In 2015/16 he was forced to juggle studying alongside training for the ASEAN Para Games in Singapore in December that year. "The athletes trained four times a week, but I trained only twice as I had to study. [My mother] was very worried that I wouldn't be able to handle my exams. But I kept telling her that it's my dream to represent Singapore." (straitstimes.com, 18 Dec 2015)
