BRONZE TO SILVER IN BEIJING
At the 2008 Paralympic Games, British discus athlete Rebecca Chin had finished the event with a silver ahead of Fraser, but the Australian ended up with the silver after IPC officials stripped Chin of her medal, ruling that the Briton was not eligible to compete in her category. Amid the controversy, Fraser refused to shake Chin's hand - apparently unhappy about Chin's eligibility in the cerebral palsy class of the discus - and was later reprimanded by team bosses. Fraser said that she did not see Chin offering to shake her hand. (abc.net.au, 15 Sep 2008)
