He trains at the British Para Swimming National Performance Centre in Manchester, England. In the morning he does a 30 minute pre-pool warm up, which is followed by two hours of swimming, 90 minutes in the gym and a physio session. His afternoon routine includes another pre-pool workout and two more hours of swimming.
