When and where did you begin this sport?
He began swimming in 2012 in Belgaum, India.
Why this sport?
He went to a swimming pool with some friends but did not intend to get in the pool. A coach, Umesh Kalghatgi, saw him and asked him to try. Eventually his coach offered to train him for free, so his parents agreed for him to begin swimming lessons.

Training Regime
He trains for two hours each morning and two hours each evening. After his morning pool session he also goes to the gym.
