Sport Specific Information
When and where did you begin this sport?
He took up Para powerlifting in 2011 at the Aura Drogheda Leisure Centre in Ireland.
Why this sport?
"I was heading back to a friend's house and was struggling to walk, so he suggested I change my diet and do a little exercise to feel better. I lost five stone in around 10 months through sheer hard work and dedication and when I was at the Convention of Little People of Ireland in November 2011, they persuaded the 'new me' to take up the powerlifting challenge."
