Impairment
In January 2017 he was involved in a motorbike accident that seriously injured the main artery in his left leg. He underwent seven operations, spending 40 days in hospital, and in August that year he decided to have the limb amputated below the knee. The procedure took place in November 2017. "Amputation is the best course of action for me. The pain is unbearable most of the time. I've severely damaged my left nerve and I've been told if I keep my leg, I will have circulation problems for the rest of my life." (Instagram profile, 03 Nov 2017)
