WIFE'S WORDS
He and his wife were watching footage of the 2000 Paralympic Games in Sydney, when she asked him why he was not making an effort to compete. He told her that he had been contacted by one of the shooters, but he was not interested because he did not want to shoot against people with a disability. She looked at him and reminded him that he, in fact, was a person with a disability. Realising she had a point, he started looking into it. (ParalympicSportTV, 28 Aug 2012)
