When and where did you begin this sport?
He first tried skiing in 2009, and began sit skiing in 2011.
Why this sport?
"I started on the slopes of Suomu [ski resort in Finland] on skis in 2010 but soon after my doctor banned boots and skis, so I got my first monoski sled imported from Germany. Landing on the monoski was very difficult at first, but I quickly learned the technique."
Training Regime
He trains for around 20 hours a week during the northern hemisphere winter months, and for around 12-15 hours a week during the summer months. "[Winter training] includes two to three physical workouts and three to four slope workouts."
