When and where did you begin this sport?
He took up Para athletics in 2009 in Handlova, Slovakia.
Why this sport?
"The president of the club Proficio found me through the internet, but in the beginning it was an amateur-level involvement. Later, a very important person showed up in my life, Adrian Matusik, a multiple world champion in shot put and discus throw. He took me to the national team and helped me with nutrition and training. He also recommended me to a great coach, Jozef Hanuskovsky."

Impairment

TURNING POINT
He says the birth of his first child gave him additional motivation in his sporting career. "The birth of my son was a turning point for my career. I realised that I didn't want to just survive in life, I wanted to do something meaningful. I don't want someone to say to my son that he has a father with impairment.
