When and where did you begin this sport? |
He began snowboarding in the fifth grade of primary school, and started taking the sport more seriously at age 20. He took up Para snowboard in 2013. |
Why this sport? |
Having been involved in able-bodied snowboarding before his accident, he wanted to continue in the sport. When he was on his way to hospital following the accident he wondered if he would be able to resume snowboarding. "I also heard that the sport was included in the programme for the 2014 Paralympic Winter Games in Sochi, so I decided that I had to do it." |
