Sport Specific Information
When and where did you begin this sport?
He began skiing at age three in Norway for fun, with his sisters and parents. He did not start organised training until 2009.
Why this sport?
A friend at his school for children with visual impairments encouraged him to start skiing seriously. He was also inspired and guided by his parents, who both competed in Para skiing for Norway. He likes the feeling of winning, and dreams of being the best in the world.

Training Regime
"A typical training day for me starts in the morning with a long trip on skis in the winter or running or rollerskiing in the summer. Then more training in the afternoon in the gym, where I mainly focus on general strength in the stomach and back, or more rollerskiing or running. I will use the summer months to build a strong foundation."
